JR Tubbs is a well rounded tattooer with a passion and respect for traditional tattooing/tattooers. Taught by Anthony Adkins, of F/X Tattoos in Mentor Ohio, he has found a way to provide for his wife and 2 young daughters by doing something that he loves. When he is not busy tattooing you can catch him sketching, laying down some spit shading, or straight hanging with the fam.
